Diogene.app provides document management, search, enrichment and analysis features according to the package enabled for the customer.
User obligations
The user must provide accurate registration data, keep credentials confidential and use the platform lawfully. It is forbidden to upload unlawful content or materials that infringe third-party rights.
Availability and evolution
The service may evolve over time, especially during development, preview or staged rollout phases. Features may depend on package limits, global feature flags, per-user overrides and technical availability.
Intellectual property and data
Users retain responsibility for the documents and contents they upload. The platform software, interfaces and technical materials remain protected by the rights of their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or limited in case of abuse, security issues, payment problems or violation of applicable terms. Data retention after termination depends on legal obligations, storage policies and any agreed contractual commitments.
